Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to serve as the operating backbone of the Office of the Vice President, Environmental Health & Safety, and to coordinate enterprise EH&S programs for the organization.

The role supports daily operations, manages the VP’s calendar and travel, coordinates data reporting, audits, and communications, and drives compliance across sites globally. Opportunities for growth within the EH&S function are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• Five or more years of EH&S coordination or executive-support experience, including support to senior leaders.
• Strong data management and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the VP EH&S calendar, priorities, inbox, and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel and meetings across domestic and international sites.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and materials for executive meetings; ensure follow-ups.
