Job summary

A+E Global Media seeks a VP, Customer Data Strategist to turn first-party audience data into a strategic asset. You will design the composable CDP and identity framework, and guide cross-functional teams to align data with marketing, product, and revenue outcomes.

You will lead Analytics Engineering, drive data governance, and partner across Digital, Marketing and New Business to embed data-driven decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and managing technical teams (analytics engineers).
• 7+ years in customer data strategy, CDP/MarTech, or marketing analytics.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic roadmap for composable CDP and identity resolution.
• Lead data-driven audience journeys that drive engagement and revenue.
• Oversee Analytics Engineering and activation pipelines into marketing tools.
• Partner with data platforms to connect owned signals with paid media performance.
• Embed first-party data into strategy across teams and campaigns.
