Job summary

The Bancorp is seeking a VP Fintech Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships in the embedded finance ecosystem. This remote role can be located anywhere in the U.S.A., with a primary focus on enterprise fintech and sponsor bank programs.

Responsibilities include leading multi-stakeholder negotiations, designing program structures, and coordinating across compliance, risk, legal, finance, and product teams. Strong KB of regulatory frameworks is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in fintech, banking, payments, or BaaS.

Responsibilities

• Drives new partner acquisition across fintechs, marketplaces, and enterprise brands pursuing embedded finance strategies.
• Manages a high-value pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Leads complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with founders, C-suite, and cross-functional stakeholders.
