The Bancorp seeks a Vice President, Strategic Initiatives to lead finance strategy, planning, and technology initiatives. You will guide ALCO materials, balance‑sheet insights, and cross‑functional projects across Treasury, Accounting, Risk, lending, and investments, delivering disciplined, repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance/strategy experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial-services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, balance-sheet management, net interest income and margin drivers, interest-rate and liquidity risk, and capital management.
• Experienced process architect with redesign, workflow automation, and technology implementations.
• Experience with enterprise planning or reporting platforms preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with Bloomberg, S&P Global, or similar data platforms preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Analyzes results against budget, forecast, and prior periods to identify key drivers.
• Designs new reporting processes, dashboards, and metrics.
• Leads ALCO material preparation with Treasury, Accounting, Risk, lending, deposits, and investments.
• Maps current-state processes and designs scalable future-state workflows.
• Leads project management for finance system implementations.
• Prepares executive summaries with trends and actions.
• Communicates complex financial matters clearly to diverse audiences.
