The leader will recruit and build high-performing teams, drive digital transformation, and ensure security policy alignment with regulatory requirements, including FAR, DFARS, and CMMC, delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT security and compliance for US government contracting environments.
• Expert level understanding of compliance and security requirements (FAR, DFARS, CMMC).
• Regulatory compliance expertise and security investigations, insider threat, supply chain management, and contractual language.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise cybersecurity, information assurance, and IT compliance programs across all locations.
• Lead enterprise physical and personnel security and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Define and maintain IT security policies and programs aligned with corporate priorities.
