CyberRisk Alliance, LLC invites an accomplished Vice President, Event Operations to lead our events operations portfolio, spanning national live events, CRC, CSS, and impactful virtual experiences. You will drive planning, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site execution with a focus on precision and attendee satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in event management or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel and manage onsite at events.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations for CRA live events: national events and virtual programs.
• Develop budgets and venue selection for future events.
• Lead and coach the events operations team with clear responsibilities.
• Manage relationships with ATS and contractors; coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate show logistics including floor plans, drayage, shipping and onsite needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and finance to ensure event success.
