CyberRisk Alliance, LLC is seeking a Vice President, Event Operations to lead our events operations team, delivering national tradeshows, virtual events, and regional 1-day/dinner experiences for senior cybersecurity executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in event management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage inbound workload.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Willingness/ability to travel and manage on-site events.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and event tech.
• Experience leveraging AI for event efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for CRA live events: national events and regional shows.
• Develop strategic direction, budgeting, and venue selection for the portfolio.
• Supervise planning, logistics, and delegation across events.
• Lead and develop the events operations team.
• Manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize registration and data capture.
• Oversee event tech systems and on-site lead capture tools.
• Coordinate with design agencies for branding and materials.
• Ensure on-site execution meets defined budgets and timelines.
• Conduct pre-show site visits and on-site management of events.
