Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of diverse IT experience.
• Experience managing staff, hiring, training and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department staff including hiring, performance management and career development.
• Develop budgets and priorities aligned with plans and resource allocations.
• Coordinate plans and activities with senior leaders inside and outside IT and with strategic suppliers.
• Transform the PMO into strategic delivery with transparency and measurable outcomes.
• Establish enterprise standards for governance, portfolio, reporting, risk escalation and accountability.
• Improve portfolio health and drive a higher proportion of the portfolio to green status.
• Create a metrics-driven environment with visibility into delivery quality and risk.
• Advance tooling and AI adoption to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden (ServiceNow experience a plus).
• Align delivery across BTS and connect PMs, program managers, and contractors.
• Strengthen organizational capability by coaching leaders and clarifying expectations for the future PMO.
