The role shapes budgets, priorities, and governance, driving portfolio health toward green status and implementing AI-enabled tooling with ServiceNow where advantageous.

You will work with senior IT leaders and suppliers to deliver measurable outcomes and build organizational capability.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of diverse IT experience.
• Experience managing staff, including hiring and performance.
• Ability to align IT plans with business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee department staff including hiring, performance management and career development.
• Develop budgets and ensure resource allocations align with priorities.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and strategic suppliers inside and outside IT.
• Transform PMO to strategic delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Improve portfolio health and governance with transparency.
• Advance tooling, automation and AI adoption, with ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Coach leaders and strengthen organizational capability.
• Apply process and business expertise to impact results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
