Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives in healthcare operations. You will plan, monitor, and execute programs to improve efficiency, service levels, and regulatory compliance across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, delivering executive summaries, and guiding governance ceremonies. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience in managed care are required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management or program management experience.
• Managed care or PBM experience preferred.
• Experience with Amisys or Xcelys preferred.
• Familiarity with EDI Availity Payment Accuracy programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects through full lifecycle.
• Plan, schedule, and manage project budgets and resources.
• Capture performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive summaries and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate governance ceremonies and communications.
