Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks an experienced Data Center Sourcing and Costs Vice President to lead all data center services sourcing, cost management, and contract strategy across builds, substations and technology sourcing.

You will guide a team of contracts managers and cost experts, drive RFx processes, and negotiate complex agreements while aligning with design, engineering, and operations groups. The role supports a remote/U.S. travel hybrid model and offers a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, economics, finance, construction management, legal studies (Contract Law/Business Law) or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years leading dynamic sourcing with global or multi-regional oversight.
• 7+ years data center or mission-critical infra experience.
• 10+ years commercial/transactional contracts management including drafting, negotiation, administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, category management and cost optimization across a multi-billion spend portfolio.
• Manage contracts, scope of work, amendments and pricing structures (GMP/Lump Sum/Fixed Price).
• Develop, review and negotiate subcontractor/vendor contracts; ensure adherence to industry standards.
