Job summary

Per Scholas seeks a strategic leader to guide the design and development of a high-quality, market-responsive curriculum portfolio. You will oversee discovery, design, development, QA and launch readiness for a range of tech training products.

You will translate labor-market intelligence into roadmaps, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure learner outcomes and credential attainment align with employer needs and growth.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in curriculum product development and learning design.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior professionals.
• Experience translating employer needs into scalable curriculum products.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and development of curriculum portfolio across tech and related fields.
• Define product roadmaps based on labor-market intelligence and employer demand.
• Oversee end-to-end curriculum discovery, design, development, QA and launch readiness.
• Balance customization with scalable, repeatable curriculum products, ensuring quality and outcomes.
• Establish governance, standards and measurements for portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation.
