Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a strategic, outcomes-oriented Vice President of Curriculum Design & Development to lead the design and development of market-responsive curriculum products. You will oversee the full product-design lifecycle from discovery through launch readiness, ensuring alignment with labor-market needs and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in curriculum product development, learning design, or related field.
• At least five years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior professionals.
• Experience overseeing the design and development of complex learning products from discovery through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design and development of Per Scholas’ curriculum portfolio across technology, infrastructure, professional development and Career Accelerator offerings.
• Translate employer demand and labor-market intelligence into actionable product roadmaps and investment decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end discovery, design and development processes for curriculum products.
• Build and coach a multidisciplinary team of product managers, learning designers and subject-matter experts.
• Establish standards for quality assurance, launch readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful product implementation and learner placement.
