DEPT® is seeking a VP, Creative to lead the creative output and strategy for a major global account. You’ll guide a distributed team, partner with Strategy, Tech, and Data, and elevate creative work that blends brand storytelling with cutting-edge technology.

Based near New York, NY, this remote role offers a high-impact leadership path, world-class craft, and opportunities to drive growth and industry recognition across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience in global agencies or digital-first organizations.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to mentor distributed, multidisciplinary creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate and champion DEPT's future-forward creative vision for the global account.
• Deliver end-to-end creative output across the account from digital product design to storytelling.
• Incorporate emerging platforms and technologies into the client’s creative roadmap.
• Set ambitious goals for account-specific awards and case studies.
• Lead and mentor a distributed creative team and foster collaboration across disciplines.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Media, Technology, Data, and Production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
