Expect to spend ~75% of time coding in a repo and managing multiple projects with a cross-functional team. Strong emphasis on creative excellence and business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in design, strategy, product management, or tech-forward environment.
• Experience leading accounts or initiatives across multiple clients and verticals.
• Experience with Fortune 500 brands or large-scale platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency Creative Tech initiatives and define AI-powered experience visions across projects.
• Architect AI system components and decide tool vs skill vs subagent usage; design evals.
• Prototype rapidly and pressure-test strategies with working demos.
• Present technical possibilities and working software to executive-level clients.
• Build scalable, design-system-aligned machinery ensuring quality over hastily generated outputs.
• Review tool/campaign performance using AI-derived insights and qualitative feedback.
