Concentrix is seeking an experienced Creative Director within Marketing Solutions to lead creative direction and visual systems for campaigns. This remote role emphasizes AI-native workflows, brand integrity, and high-impact client collaboration across digital and print channels.

You will own typography, design governance, and production quality, while guiding AI-assisted generation and ensuring on-brand outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years art direction / senior design experience with a hands-on portfolio.
• Strong ability to set and defend a visual strategy across digital and print assets.
• Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders and managing revision cycles.

Responsabilités

• Own creative direction and define campaign visual territory and design system.
• Interpret briefs, translate objectives into on-brand creative, and validate the brief as needed.
• Develop design systems, brand kits, templates, and component libraries for scalable production.
• Produce client-ready design across digital and print assets and supervise typography, AI-enhanced workflows, and quality checks.
