Girls on the Run International is seeking a strategic Vice President of Development to lead the corporate revenue portfolio and drive growth across partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role targets a $2M corporate portfolio and personal annual contributed income of $1.2M+, with at least $625K in new funding each year, while building a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate partnerships and revenue roles.
• Proven ability to originate and close significant partnerships.
• Strong access to senior corporate decision makers.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, relationship-driven.
• Experience leading revenue-generating staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own an annual contributed income goal of $1.2M+ and grow new income by at least $625K yearly.
• Secure meetings with senior corporate decision makers and manage end-to-end BD process.
• Create persuasive proposals and pitches for partnerships.
• Lead development staff and provide pipeline visibility to leadership.
• Negotiate terms and renewals across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Finance and expand partner engagement.
• Travel up to 25%.
