Job summary

Uniguest, a US-based remote role, seeks a Sr Director / VP of Corporate Development to lead inorganic growth strategy and execution. You will identify, evaluate, and close acquisitions, partnering with the CEO, board, and PE sponsor to expand technology capabilities and market reach.

You will build a robust acquisition pipeline, drive rigorous diligence, and shape integration plans to turn deals into measurable enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or related fields.
• Proven experience executing acquisitions from evaluation through closing and integration planning.
• Ability to originate acquisition opportunities via direct outreach and relationships with founders/execs.
• Experience in software, SaaS, technology, or tech-enabled services sectors.
• Experience in a private equity-backed, sponsor-governed, or highly acquisitive environment.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and returns-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for M&A in partnership with CEO and Board.
• Build a prioritized target universe across digital/tech adjacencies and SaaS.
• Identify opportunities to expand technology capabilities and markets.
• Develop a proprietary sourcing engine through founder/outreach and relationship-building.
• Oversee cross-functional diligence across financial, product, technology, legal, and operations.
• Lead transactions from initial evaluation to LOI, diligence, and closing.
• Establish integration planning with Day 1 priorities and 100-day plan.
• Present investment recommendations to executive leadership, Board, and sponsor.
