Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the full acquisition lifecycle—from sourcing opportunities through due diligence, negotiations, closing, and integration—while reporting to the CEO. Qualifications

• 7+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or M&A.
• Experience leading acquisitions from target evaluation through closing.
• Experience in a private equity-backed business is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle buy-side acquisitions from initial opportunity through closing and post-close integration.
• Evaluate targets and prioritize opportunities based on strategic/financial fit.
• Coordinate financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and execution.
• Partner with CEO and PE sponsors to execute acquisition strategy.
• Build relationships with owners, brokers, and advisors to generate proprietary deal flow.
• Develop and manage a disciplined M&A pipeline and reporting.”] ,
