Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a senior executive to lead Consulting Workforce & Performance. This role shapes organizational design, governance, and capability across the consulting organization, aligning strategy with demand and capability.

You will partner with leadership on talent, succession, and performance initiatives to drive client value and growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep experience in large professional services, strong analytics, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or professional services with leadership of a sizable organization.
8+ years leading leaders (Directors or equivalent).
Experience managing 100+ employees with responsibility for performance, leadership, and talent outcomes.
Strong business and financial acumen linking workforce decisions to growth and client outcomes.
Experience leading talent reviews and performance discussions, differentiating performance, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute Consulting workforce strategy aligned with senior leadership.
Direct the people organization through a team of leaders, ensuring performance and retention.
Establish high-performance culture with clear expectations for excellence and client impact.
Sponsor learning and capability development programs and define priorities.
Partner with CCO to advise on organizational health, leadership strength, and succession.
Own performance outcomes and drive actions on underperformance.
Make promotions, role changes, and separations in partnership with People & Culture.
Use data on retention, hiring, staffing, and utilization to assess health and drive action.
Set hiring priorities and quality requirements with recruiting to attract top talent.
Anticipate risks and take action before affecting delivery or employee experience.
