Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a People & Culture Consultant to advise on workforce implications across mergers and acquisitions and deal support. The role involves due diligence, workforce planning, employee transfers, rebadges, and integration activities.

The position partners with Legal, Finance, and regional P&C teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and support Day 1 readiness and post-close integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR, consulting, or transaction support.
• Experience supporting M&A, divestitures, workforce transitions, or related P&C initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, due diligence, workforce planning, and employee transfers across transaction lifecycles.
• Coordinate with P&C Strategic Business Partners, regional P&C teams and Centers of Excellence to align workforce assessments, communications, and deliverables.
• Gather, validate, and analyze workforce, organizational, compensation, benefits, incentive, contingent workforce, and related data.
• Translate findings into clear assessments of workforce risk and financial exposure, partnering with Legal and other specialists.
• Prepare diligence reports, workforce models, executive materials, risk registers, mitigation plans, and recommendations.
