NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager in People & Organization/OCM Consulting to delight clients and build the practice. The role blends client work and internal initiatives, including designing change management strategies and leading a cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in large-scale change programs, consulting experience, and ProSci/OCM certification. Travel up to 50% is required; US-residency is mandated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years at Big 4 or boutique consulting with practice growth and advisory readiness.
• 5+ years leading medium-to-large organizational change programs.
• 2+ years managing matrixed cross-functional teams up to 20 people.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor to global clients on change initiatives.
• Lead and execute comprehensive People & Organization/OCM strategies.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and ROI through change management.
• Coach and mentor consulting talent across levels.
