Job summary

The Ladders is seeking an AVP, Clinical Insights to shape the enterprise vision for data-driven clinical strategies. This remote US-based leadership role will guide dashboard design, governance, and predictive analytics to improve quality and consumer healthcare experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable enterprise strategy.

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Clinical Insights to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the enterprise vision for clinical insights, translating data into strategies that improve quality, performance, and the consumer healthcare experience. The AVP will guide the design and governance of enterprise dashboards and measurement approaches that enable leaders across the organization to take informed action. This leader will partner closely with engineering, business, and clinical stakeholders to advance predictive analytics, provider quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $203,400 – $279,800 annually
