Job summary

DermaRite Medical, a division of SionBrands, is seeking an experienced Vice President, Clinical Education Services (VP) to join its executive leadership team. The VP will oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of clinical education programs to enhance customer engagement and improve patient outcomes.

This role collaborates with Sales, Clinical, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs to create education solutions for long-term care, home health, hospice and wound care settings, with up to 20%

Qualifications

• BSN required with RN license and 5+ years in clinical education leadership.
• Experience in long-term care, home health, hospice or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; regulatory knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate national clinical education programs.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support product adoption and education.
• Lead large-scale onboarding and education initiatives across settings.
• Leverage learning tech and analytics to improve outcomes and engagement.
• Travel up to ~20% nationwide for customer meetings and events.
