Job summary

DermaRite Medical, a division of SionBrands, seeks a Vice President, Clinical Education Services to lead design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs nationwide. The role reports to the SVP, with collaboration across Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to drive product adoption and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic clinician and educator with at least five years of leadership in clinical education, RN license, BSN, and wound care certification

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license active and unrestricted.
• At least five years of progressive leadership in clinical education or healthcare leadership.
• Experience in long-term care, home health, hospice, post-acute care, or medical device industries preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred (CWCN, WOCN, or CWS).
• Willingness to travel ≈20% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national clinical education strategy aligned with growth and customer engagement.
• Partner with sales leadership to provide clinical education support and product adoption strategies.
• Design and implement evidence-based education programs, webinars, and digital learning tools.
• Lead large-scale onboarding and multi-state education and product launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, product development, and executive teams.
