Job summary

DermaRite Medical is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Education Services to join its executive leadership team in a remote USA-based role. You will design and oversee clinical education programs that enhance customer engagement, improve patient outcomes, and drive growth across long-term care, home health, hospice, and wound care settings.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic clinician and educator with RN licensure and a BSN, preferably with an MSN.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care, home health, hospice, or post-acute care is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national clinical education strategy aligned with growth and customer engagement objectives.
• Partner with sales leadership to provide clinical sales support, customer education, and product adoption strategies.
• Design and implement education programs, competency assessments, webinars, and digital learning solutions.
• Lead large-scale onboarding and implementation initiatives across multiple states.
• Travel approximately 20% nationwide for customer meetings and conferences.
