Job summary

CorVel Corporation is seeking a strategic Vice President of Claims to lead the claims organization, drive staff development, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction across national accounts. This remote role requires strong analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills to align operations with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.

You will partner with Sales, IT, HR and Finance to implement policies, monitor performance, and support RFP responses and new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience in a complex healthcare, insurance, or third party claim organization with significant project management expertise.
• Significant industry experience and deep understanding of CorVel’s proprietary systems and solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the claims organization to meet market profit and revenue goals.
• Grow market share through customer satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams on client presentations and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with CorVel standards and continuous improvement.
• Provide staff development and training to claims team.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and Finance to develop solutions and processes.
