Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct and manage a team delivering visibility into client vision from an enterprise intelligence perspective.

You will shape analytics strategy, establish data governance, and translate complex multi-account structures into trusted metrics and actionable insights. In this senior role, you’ll partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive client value and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ten years of related experience or equivalent combination required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, aligning with business needs.
• Establish data governance, entity hierarchies, mappings and metric definitions.
• Translate multi-account structures into trusted rollups and actionable metrics.
• Drive client value and growth through analytics and ROI narratives.
• Oversee analytics team, client relationships, and enterprise BI initiatives.
• Manage budget and cross-functional communications.
