Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a senior analytics leader to direct and manage a team focused on the life cycle of client data from an enterprise intelligence perspective. Lead strategy, governance, and actionable insights across carrier and captive analytics to drive client value.

You will partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to translate performance into stronger stewardship, renewals, cross-sell, and ROI narratives. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data governance foundations for enterprise analytics and integration with Finance and technology.
• Translate multi-account and multi-policy structures into trusted metrics and decision tools for leadership.
