Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Carrier and Captive Analytics to lead a team and deliver enterprise intelligence across the client lifecycle. You will shape analytics strategy, define data governance, and build trusted rollups and metrics to support decision making.

You will partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to convert performance into stewardship, renewals, and ROI narratives while guiding budget and people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage analytics strategy and roadmap for carrier and captive analytics.
• Establish data governance foundation, including hierarchy, mappings, and metrics.
• Translate complex structures into actionable insights and trusted dashboards.
• Translate performance into value, partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing.
• Oversee analytics and pipeline management and client relationship solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for business intelligence and client base analytics.
