Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Carrier and Captive Analytics to lead a team delivering enterprise analytics across carrier and captive programs. The role focuses on setting strategy, governance foundations, and translating data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent oral and written communication; presentation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage a team delivering analytics across carrier and captive lines.
Establish data governance, hierarchies, definitions, and integration with Finance and technology.
Translate complex multi-account structures into actionable metrics and decision tools.
Drive client value and growth through reporting, stewardship and ROI narratives.
Oversee client relationship management analytics and enterprise solutions.
Provide strategic direction for business intelligence and client analytics.
