Concorde Career Colleges seeks a Vice President of Campus Operations to lead enterprise operations strategy, campus performance, student outcomes, enrollment growth, and financial results. This role drives operational transformation, builds scalable standards, and develops campus leaders while partnering across functions to improve execution and the student experience.

The VP oversees readiness for new programs, expansions, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in operations.
• 8+ years leading large, multi-site teams.
• Experience driving growth, performance and outcomes.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Set campus operations strategy aligned with growth and student outcomes.
• Own operating performance across the campus network including revenue and cost management.
• Lead regional operations leaders with clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive profitable growth by converting market demand into starts and completions.
• Lead enterprise transformation with standardized, scalable processes.
• Develop dashboards and reviews to identify opportunities and accelerate results.
• Align admissions, marketing, academics, financial aid, and student services to improve starts and outcomes.
• Oversee readiness for new campuses, expansions, and program launches.
• Establish launch playbooks, governance, and post-launch reviews.
• Communicate a compelling vision and build leadership pipelines.
