Job summary

HES seeks a VP of Business Development for the Northeast region in a remote capacity, overseeing sales, marketing, and client relationships to drive growth. You will identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class services across education facilities management.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, relationship building, and revenue growth, with extensive travel during peak season and a robust commission plan on top of a base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 3+ years’ business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops new business opportunities within territory.
• Builds relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
• Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.
• Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
• Leads sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship.
• Develops proposals for (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, especially operations, to ensure clients receive best-in-class service and long-term tenure.
• Traveled 50-75% during January through September (Peak Season).
