Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a VP of Business Development to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within a defined Northeast territory, including MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY, and VT. The role is remote with substantial autonomy and a strong commission plan that can significantly boost total compensation.

The base pay ranges from $85K to $140K, complemented by an exceptional commission structure. Benefits include major medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 3+ years’ business development experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
• Build and manage relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors, and vendors
• Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationships to increase lead generation and market share
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially operations, to ensure clients receive best-in-class service and long-term tenure
• Travel 50-75% during peak season and attend conferences/trade shows to raise brand profile
• Develop proposals for RFPs from potential partners and customers
