HES is a premier national provider of facilities management services focused on educational institutions. We are seeking a VP of Business Development to drive growth in the Northeast region, including MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY, and VT.

This remote role offers a base pay of $85K–$140K plus an exceptional commission plan with significant upside based on revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building partnerships, managing key client relationships, and steering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus or equivalent education, training, or work experience.
• 3+ years’ business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops new business opportunities within territory.
• Builds relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
• Leads sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationships.
• Travels to prospect locations, conferences, meetings and interviews; travel 50-75% during peak season.
