HES Facilities is seeking a VP of Business Development for a remote role focused on the Northeast region (MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY, VT). Base pay ranges from $85K to $140K with an exceptional commission plan that can triple total compensation when goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years’ business development experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospective customers, partners, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops new business opportunities within territory.
• Builds and maintains relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
• Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts to improve performance.
• Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.
• Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
