TopDog Law is seeking a Vice President of Marketing, Brand & Creative to lead the brand platform, design system and in-house studio. The role focuses on social-first creative, multi-audience messaging, and governance across five to seven markets with a national reach.

You will own brand strategy, asset architecture and the creative production workflow, collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fifteen+ years of brand and creative leadership experience.
• Proven track record building brand platforms and extending equity.

Responsibilities

• Own the TopDog Law brand platform, voice and design system across all media.
• Lead the in-house social creative studio with high-volume production.
• Govern brand assets and messaging to ensure consistency across markets and formats.
• Partner with legal/compliance to meet advertising regulations across jurisdictions.
