Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President Artificial Intelligence Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of production-grade AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

The role involves owning key workstreams, mentoring engineers, and partnering with Product, Operations, Legal, and Business teams to translate needs into scalable AI solutions. Hybrid work with in-office Mon-Thu and remote Fri.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
• Proficient in Python and software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, docs).
• Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and production-grade pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of production AI systems across IDP, knowledge systems, agents, and generative AI.
• Own AI projects end-to-end from scoping to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive design decisions for APIs, decomposition, and infra patterns.
