Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a VP, Affiliate Delivery to own the vision and outcomes of our affiliate client services. This is a remote, work-from-home role with some travel for meetings and events, preferably based in the US in Central or Eastern time zones.

The VP will define how affiliate delivery is structured and resourced, drive commercial and operational performance, and own the P&L. This is a build-and-run leadership role focused on scaling the team and capabilities for the future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing or client services leadership.
• Experience leading managers and cross-regional teams.
• Experience owning or scaling a business line or large client portfolio.
• Proven track record in AI adoption or transformation initiatives.
• Financial acumen including margin management and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and outcomes of the affiliate delivery organization.
• Defines structure, resources, and execution for affiliate delivery.
• Drives commercial and operational performance including margins and pricing.
• Ensures high client satisfaction and proactive risk management.
• Leads definition and rollout of future affiliate team structure and processes.
