Job summary

Revelation Pharma is seeking a Vice President of 503B Services to lead the nationwide development of its 503B outsourcing facilities. The role covers site selection, regulatory licensure, facility design, and production ramp across multiple sites, reporting to the COO.

The VP will own capital strategy, drive automation initiatives, ensure CGMP compliance, and align regulatory affairs, QA, engineering, and commercial teams to scale operations while delivering EBITDA targets.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with multi-site accountability across regulated facilities.
• Proven capital project management from concept to first production.
• Strong regulatory and FDA inspection experience.
• Experience implementing automation and manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new 503B facilities including site selection and regulatory readiness.
• Lead capital projects from design through IQ/OQ/PQ and FDA registration.
• Oversee network-wide automation, ERP/MES integration, and QA alignment.
• Drive EBITDA and production scaling across multiple sites.
• Develop leaders and align organizational design and succession.
