Job summary

Revelation Pharma seeks a Director to lead provider relations across our network of compounding pharmacies. You will manage a team, shape strategies for prescriber engagement, and drive revenue growth through expanded services and partnerships.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and deep knowledge of the compounding industry. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations will be key to success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Pharm.D. preferred; healthcare/business background essential.
Proven success in sales and business development within the compounding industry.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of provider relations representatives to meet KPIs.
Develop strategies to nurture prescriber relationships and drive mutual growth.
Identify upsell opportunities and expand service offerings within existing accounts.
Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and operations.
Lead process-improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
Develop training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
