Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience across facilities and manufacturing.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, USP, quality systems, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise engineering strategy across facilities and fulfillment operations.
• Architect end-to-end workflows and systems for production, packaging, storage, and delivery.
• Lead design and expansion of regulated manufacturing and pharmacy facilities including cleanrooms.
• Oversee capital programs of $100M+ with governance and risk management.
• Partner with Quality, Pharmacy, Operations, and Finance to ensure compliance and reliability.
