• 5+ years of hands-on VMware platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Hands-on with vSAN storage policy management.
• Experience with NSX-T or NSX-V networking.
• Strong PowerCLI scripting and automation tooling skills.
• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid or VMware container platforms.
• Understanding of disaster recovery patterns and SRM.
• Strong troubleshooting across compute, network, and storage.
