Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies in the United States is seeking a VMware Consultant to design, deploy, and support enterprise VMware virtualization and cloud infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments. You will work with vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), with automation through PowerCLI, Terraform, and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of VMware platform engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
• Administer Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, VMware Aria Automation/vRealize, and NSX-T networking.
• Implement disaster recovery using Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and replication technologies.
• Automate VMware infrastructure using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and security while supporting upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Integrate VMware platforms with VMware Cloud on AWS, AVS, or GCVE.
• Troubleshoot complex compute, storage, and networking issues and maintain technical documentation.
