Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Virtualization Engineer to design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization across on-premises and hybrid clouds. You will focus on automation, capacity management, and efficiency while handling a large VMware estate alongside modern cloud-native workloads.

The role requires 6+ years hands-on VMware experience, strong scripting skills, and excellent collaboration. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 6+ years VMware platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Experience with vSAN and storage policy management.
• NSX-T or NSX-V networking experience.
• PowerCLI scripting and automation tooling.
• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid.
• Disaster recovery patterns and SRM knowledge.
• Troubleshooting across compute/network/storage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
