Optimizely is seeking a Manager, Digital Experience/Visual Designer to shape the visual experience of Optimizely.com. You will blend visual design, systems thinking, and digital execution to create engaging, user-centered experiences that elevate our brand and support business goals.

You’ll design and maintain scalable web experiences, expand our design system, and build reusable website components within Optimizely Visual Builder.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web, visual, or digital design.
• Strong portfolio with modern web design and component-based systems.
• Proficient in Figma and collaborative workflows.
• Experience expanding design systems and building reusable components.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Experience creating marketing graphics and product visuals.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual design of Optimizely.com for consistency and polish.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and reusable components.
• Design scalable web pages and landing pages aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, UX, and development teams.
• Ensure accessibility and responsive behavior across devices.
• Iterate designs using feedback, analytics, and A/B data.
