Job summary
Optimizely is seeking a Manager, Digital Experience - Visual Designer to shape and evolve our Visual Builder-driven experiences. You will design scalable web experiences, expand our design system, and build reusable components for marketer-friendly pages, collaborating with marketing, UX, and development teams.
In this fully remote role, you will ensure visual consistency, performance, and conversion-focused outcomes across Optimizely.com, while upholding WCAG accessibility standards and modern
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web, visual, or digital design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web design and component-based design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows.
- Experience expanding design systems and ensuring accessibility and responsive design.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, evolve, and expand the design system across teams.
- Audit pages for visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and brand adherence.
- Build reusable website components in Optimizely Visual Builder for marketer-friendly pages.
- Create layouts and landing pages balancing aesthetics, usability, performance, and conversions.
- Collaborate with content strategists, campaign managers, and product marketers to translate objectives into digital experiences.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
