Job summary

• Experience leading visual direction on client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Bring big-picture strategic thinking to engagements and deliver premium visual work.
• Own hands-on delivery of premium visual design and define quality standards.
• Lead visual direction and critique across designers and disciplines.
• Use storytelling and prototypes to sell ideas and secure buy-in.
• Partner with product managers, strategy leads, and engineering.
• Introduce AI-assisted design tools with sound judgement.
• Mentor designers and foster an inclusive design culture.
