LegalZoom is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to create customer-centered work across marketing experiences. You will work hands-on on brand, performance ads, social, and presentations, translating business goals into clear, compelling visuals.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product Design, owning projects from brief to delivery while balancing creativity, usability, accessibility, timelines, and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating high-quality visual design for digital products or marketing teams.
• Portfolio demonstrates strong visual design across brand and marketing.
• Solid typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience translating objectives into creative design solutions.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for customer clarity and navigation.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; organized production-ready files.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to AI-enabled design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality visual work across marketing assets and channels.
• Manage multiple projects, set expectations, and raise risks early.
• Contribute to visual systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Create organized Figma/Adobe files with production-ready handoffs.
• Participate in critiques, provide constructive feedback, and justify design choices.
• Use AI-assisted tools to explore directions and generate imagery.
• Develop scalable, repeatable design patterns for cross-channel use.
• Improve AI-enabled processes and templates with safeguards for brand integrity.
• Present work to cross-functional partners with clear rationale.
