Responsibilities

• Lead Achieva's mission through day-to-day operations, strategic planning, fiscal oversight, and fundraising.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Board to set and monitor policies and goals.
• Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing staff across affiliates.
• Engage with community, government, and philanthropic partners to secure support.
• Oversee long-range strategic planning and program evaluation.
